Buttercream Frosting

This frosting is off white and tastes similat but better than store bought frosting.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup solid veg shortening 1/2 cup butter 1 tsp clear vanilla extract 1/4 tsp almond extract 4 cups powdered sugar (1 IB) 2 T milk

Instructions

Cream butter and shortening, add vanilla. Gradually add sugar beating well on medium speed. Scrape bowl often. Add milk and beat until light and fluffy. Refrigerate in airtight container.
