Butter Cream Frosting

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened
  • 1 cup crisco shortening
  • 1 lb convectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. milk

Instructions

  1. With an electric mixer beat butter
  2. Add shortening
  3. add sugar 1/2 cup at a time until mixed well
  4. beat for 1 hour
  5. add vanilla and milk
  6. Store in airtight container in fridge until used to frost cake.
