Bizcocho Dominicano

Ingredients
- 4 Tazas de harina de todo uso, menos dos cucharas 2 Cucharas de polvo de hornear 2 Cucharas de fecula de maiz 4 Barras de mantequilla ( temperatura ambiente ) 2 Tazas de azucar 5 Yemas de huevo ( temperatura ambiente ) 5 Huevos enteros ( temperatura ambiente ) 1 Taza de leche o jugo de pina 1 Cuchara de vainilla 1 Cuchara de ron 1 Cucharadita de ralladura de limon Dos saltenes engrasados de 10"
Instructions
Precalentar el horno a 325.. Cernir la harina , la fecula de maiz y el polvo de hornaer.. Reserva. Bata la matequilla con la azucar hasta que tome un color palido, de 10 a 15 minutos, luego agregar las yemas uno por uno y despues los huevos entero de la misma forma, deje batir por 10 minutos mas. Baje la velocidad de la maquina , agrege la mezcla de harina poco a poco alternando con la leche hasta terminar.. Agrege la vainilla, el ron y la rayadura de limon y bata por 30 segundos. Apaga la maquina y mueva la mezcla con una espatula para que se una todo y vuelva a batir por un minuto. Divida la mezcla entre lo dos moldes y hornee por 30 minutos o hasta que haga la prueva del palillo.. No abra el horno los primeros 3o minutos.. Deje enfriar el bizcocho en los moldes tapado con bolsas plasticas. Nunca ponga el bizcocho dominicano en la nevera, puede permanecer afuera hasta por 5 dias.
