Ingredients

  • All purpose flour 11/2 cup Mashed banana 1 cup Grated carrot 1cup Butter(unsalted) 1/2 cup Baking powder 2 tsp Baking soda 1/2 tsp Icing sugar 1 cup Eggs 3 Chopped nuts 1/3rd cup(optional) Salt pinch

Instructions

Sieve the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and icing sugar. Beat the mashed banana, butter and icing sugar. Next add the eggs one by one and beat well. Finally add grated carrot. Now shift this batter into greased baking dish. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
