Almost like sugar cookie cake

I'm alittle confused :p ~ the cup of white chocolate pudding does this mean prepared pudding or 1 cup of pudding powder from the box ? please help !

I am with jamie1956 is it prepared pudding or the powder? Sounds yummy so if you could clear this up would love to try it! Thanks

Hello Girl's, I did some research on this recipe & SuzyNoQ had posted "I always use a doctored cake mix, I do a variation of wasc. I add 1 cup prepared pudding (flavor that goes well with cake mix flavor) " I will make this cake today & use prepared Pudding. I will post how it come's out !

Hello Ladies, I followed the recipe & used prepared pudding ( make pudding as directed on box) it turned out awesome ! the cake is moist & has so much favor, im going to make this again but in Chocolate. Yummy ?

ok i made this cake i put the cake mix and pudding unmade so just add all the dry indgrendents and then liquid it was very good 1 box of cake mix will make two 8 in rounds 1 inch high on each round. my 4 yr old loved it!!!!!

i didn't waste any time trying out this recipe. i used powdered pudding mix - i actually put in a little more than a cup since the packages of pudding are a little less than a cup. IT WAS ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS. i baked it at 345 degrees since it was going to have extra dry ingredients in it and it baked perfect. i used it in a wedding cake this last weekend and it was a very big hit. will have to try it will prepared pudding. my nephew and i were fighting over the scraps of cake.

This sounds wonderful. What frosting did everyone use? I am struggling to decide what would be a good compliment.

I tried this recipe, it made 2 8" round cakes only 1" high, is that correct? or did i do something wrong. tasted great, but i was expecting it to be a thicker fuller cake. I used the prepared pudding recipe.
