These are awesome and only 2 pts for weight watchers. Great with any flavor cake mix but I think chocolate is best. They have the consistency of a brownie. Add sugar free whipped topping for an extra special treat!

2 pt weight watchers cupcakes

Ingredients

  • 1 Cake mix any flavor or brand 1 can unsweetened pumpkin 1/2 can water

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350. Line or spray 24 regular size cupcake tins. Mix all ingredients together. No need for a mixer. Distribute into cups. Bake 20-25 mins

Do you add the ingredients on the cake mix? Or just the pumpkin & water?

Just the pumpkin and the water. Some people add an egg white or 2 if you find out they are falling apart to much. It doesn't add any points to the cupcake.
